Manufacture

                       CNC cutting and drilling works of all parts are done automatically with computer-controlled systems in accordance with the manufacturing drawings.

Production

After the pre-manufactured parts are assembled in accordance with the project, the piece is transferred to the welding line after the direction and measurement controls.

Welding Works

According to the nature of the project, it is ensured that the welds to be made with gas metal arc and submerged arc welding machines are made by certified welders.

​

Paint Works

Construction elements are prepared for shipment by being painted with primer, intermediate coat and top coat paint in appropriate thickness and conditions according to the technical specifications.

                      According to the project location, domestic or abroad, the transportation of the building elements is provided under appropriate conditions. Required customs and export procedures in foreign projects are carried out by REN STEEL.

Customs & Export Procedures

Required customs and export procedures for overseas shipments are carried out by REN STEEL, a member of the Turkish Exporters' Association.

 

Thanks to the wide logistics network, ship or truck transports are provided in the most suitable conditions and safely with insurance conditions.

 

Air cargo options are also considered when necessary.

Installation

                       An assembly methodology is prepared for each project specific to that project. After the field mobilization, the work safety measures are taken and the steel structure assembly begins.

Structural steel assembly is carried out at the construction site by using mobile cranes with suitable capacity for horizontal and vertical transports, and by using basket cranes for assembly personnel.

 

High strength prestressed bolts are used in the assembly of steel structural elements. Progress of the assembly process in accordance with the work program and assembly quality  checked and reported.
